Logo IEA Heat Pump Centre IEA Heat Pump Centre
The IEA Heat Pump Centre (HPC) is an international information service for heat pumping technologies, applications and markets by the Heat Pump Programme (HPP) implementing agreement of the International Energy Agency (IEA). The objective is to accelerate the implementation of heat pumps and related heat pumping technologies, including air conditioning and refrigeration. The website offers information on heat pumps and the IEA Heat Pump Programme projects ( Annexes) and activities.
A newsletter containing information and scientific articles is published by the Heat Pump Centre, as well.

Logo IEA ECBCS Annex 48 IEA ECBCS Annex 48 Heat pumping and reversible air conditioning
IEA ECBCS Annex 48 has the objective of making heat pump operation as reversible as possible by operating chillers in reverse operation (change over) or use the chiller's condenser heat for heating purposes (simultaneous operation).
The focus of ECBCS Annex 48 is on chillers and heat pumps in reverse operation in commercial buildings. A close information exchange to IEA HPP Annex 32 has been established.

Logo SEPEMO SEPEMO Build Project
The SEPEMO Build project aims at overcoming market barriers to a wider application of heat pumps, namely the lack of robust data on the conditions in real installations influencing reliability and seasonal efficiency, i.e. the seasonal performance factor (SPF) of heat pump systems across Europe. The key objective is a broader acceptance of heat pump systems and improved quality assurance for heat pump systems in the building sector.
